Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Heather Jean Hagan is the founder and creative force behind Heather Hagan Design, a home and lifestyle brand that celebrates the beauty of intentional living and the art of a well-dressed season. 

With 28 years in Corporate America, Heather brings the same discipline, strategic precision, and sense of excellence she honed through athletics and coaching to her work as a designer and tastemaker. Her journey from boardrooms to beautiful rooms reflects a powerful evolution, one that bridges corporate structure with creative expression. What began as a lifelong passion for design has grown into a signature brand known for transforming spaces into experiences. From luxurious holiday styling and seasonal décor to thoughtful lifestyle inspiration, Heather helps clients elevate the everyday, crafting homes that feel as elegant as they are effortless. 

Her golden retriever and resident “designer assistant,” Haberdash (Dash), adds his own joyful approval to every project, reminding clients that true luxury is best enjoyed with warmth, comfort, and a wagging tail. Through her own home, lovingly transformed from builder-grade beginnings into a custom reflection of personality and purpose, Heather showcases what’s possible when design tells a story.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your installation date. For residential clients, the amount varies based on project scope and will be discussed during your consultation. Décor costs for all clients are due at the time of the contract.
